Disconnecting parts of the assembly from the power supply and communication

在运行时,可将组件的一部分断电并从网络中移除,而不会影响组件的状态。

为此,必须在布局配置中定义电源扇区。它们由一个或多个定子电机段组成。

要在不出现错误响应的情况下断开通信,必须首先将受影响的电源扇区设置为 "PowerSecInactiveClose "状态。为此可使用功能块MC_BR_PowerSecDeactivate_Acp6D

在电源扇区范围内的托盘将安全着陆,之后控制器将关闭。定子电机启用 "信号可在 "PowerSecInactiveClose "状态下停用。然后可以安全地将托盘从该区域移出并重新加入。组件的其余部分可以继续独立运行。

Parts of the assembly can be de-energized and removed from the network at runtime without affecting the state of the assembly.

For this purpose, power sectors must be defined in the layout configuration. They consist of one or more segments.

To disconnect the communication without an error response, the affected power sector must first be set to state "PowerSecInactiveClose". Function block MC_BR_PowerSecDeactivate_Acp6D is used for this.

Shuttles that are within the range of the power sector are landed safely and the controllers are switched off afterwards. Signal "Segment coil enable" can be deactivated in state "PowerSecInactiveClose". Shuttles can then be safely removed from and added back to this area. The remaining part of the assembly can continue to operate independently of this.

In state "PowerSecInactiveClose", however, the power supply for the segments in the power sector can also be disconnected completely, causing the power sector to change to state "PowerSecDisconnected". The rest of the assembly can continue to operate independently of this here as well.

 

Notice!

Cables are only permitted to be connected and disconnected in a voltage-free state. Otherwise, the segment may be damaged.

 

To activate a deactivated power sector, the power supply must be properly connected and signal "Segment coil enable" must be active again. The power sector can then be activated with function block MC_BR_PowerSecActivate_Acp6D. It is important that the power sector is in state "PowerSecInactiveClose". After successful activation, the power sector is in state "PowerSecActiveClose". In this state, the shuttles levitate and have also already been identified when the absolute ID is used.

Function block MC_BR_PowerSecRecover_Acp6D must be used to now release the power sector and open the barrier. This causes the power sector to change to state "PowerSecOperation". The shuttles can now be moved freely across the boundaries of the power sector again.
