如果输入 "Execute(执行)"设置为 "true(真)",则开始向指定的目标位置移动。目标位置必须以绝对值定义。在运动过程中,托盘的所有位置都会发生变化。
在大多数情况下,各个轴上的运动是同时进行的。但在某些情况下,由于必须满足某些条件,单个轴上的运动可能会延迟开始。例如
•如果 Rx 或 Ry 轴上的目标倾角需要在 Z 轴上达到一定高度,而该高度只有在运动过程中才能达到,则只有在完成 Z 轴方向的运动后才会开始倾角运动。这样可以防止托盘在运动过程中接触到定子电机。
•如果一个 Rz 起始位置不等于 0 的托盘在 x 和 y 方向上移动到某一定子电机的边缘,并且在此期间 Rz 位置变为 0,则在托盘开始 x 和 y 方向的移动之前,先进行绕 Rz 的旋转。这样可以防止托盘角移动到线段边缘。
如果指定的最大速度超出了配置的系统限制,ACOPOS 6D 控制器将自动对其进行限制。
如果托盘当前正在执行移动,新命令将存储在移动缓冲器中,并在处理完之前所有命令后执行。
This function block performs a movement in 3-dimensional space for all 6 axes.
If input "Execute" is set to TRUE, a movement starts towards the specified target position. The target position must be defined with absolute values. During the movement, all positions of the shuttle are changed.
The movement on individual axes happens simultaneously in most cases. In some cases, however, the movement on individual axes may start with a delay since certain conditions must be met. For example:
•If the target inclination in Rx or Ry requires a certain height in Z that is only reached during the movement, the inclination movement is only started after the movement in the z-direction is completed. This prevents the shuttle from touching the segment during the movement.
•If a shuttle with an Rz start position not equal to 0 is moved to the edge of a segment in the x- and y-directions and the Rz position changes to 0 during this, the rotation around Rz is performed first before the shuttle starts the movement in the x- and y-directions. This prevents a shuttle corner from being moved over the segment edge.
The specified maximum velocities are automatically limited by the ACOPOS 6D controller if they are outside the configured system limits.
If the shuttle is currently performing a movement, the new command is stored in the movement buffer and executed after all previous commands have been processed.
