该功能块用于在激活后重新打开电源扇区限位开关。

在执行该功能块时，将设置输出 "Busy"。一旦屏障被打开，功能块将立即设置输出 "Done"，电源扇区状态将变为 PowerSectorOperation (mcACP6D_POWER_SEC_OPERATION)。

如果在处理过程中出现错误，功能块将设置输出 "Error"，并在输出 "ErrorID "上报告相应的错误编号。

This function block is used to reopen the power sector barrier after activation.

Output "Busy" is set while the function block is being executed. As soon as the barrier has been opened, the function block sets output "Done" and the power sector state changes to PowerSectorOperation (mcACP6D_POWER_SEC_OPERATION).

If an error occurs during processing, the function block sets output "Error" and reports the corresponding error number on output "ErrorID".
