This function block changes the velocity and acceleration of the shuttles within a zone.
The function block is used to change velocity and acceleration limits locally in a previously defined zone. This change can also be set when the assembly is disabled. If a shuttle enters such a zone, the maximum shuttle velocity and shuttle acceleration are set to the defined values.
The following mode is available:
The initially defined values for velocity and acceleration are multiplied by a factor within the zone. A factor of less than 1 results in reduced velocity and acceleration of the shuttles. A factor greater than 1 results in an increase. A factor of 1 cancels the change.
If the factor is set to 0.5, for example, the shuttle only moves half as fast.
